It comes once every 4 years, because the standard modern calendar year is really 365.25 days long and not 365. We have the leap year to basically reset the track.

Well, guys, I've got to go, so, I'll go ahead and give you the answer:
It's every 4 years, except when it's divisible by 100, unless it's also divisible by 400 (ie; 1996 IS a leap year, 1900 IS NOT a leap year, 2000 IS a leap year). You man keep reading for more information.

So I missed a few details lol, but i'd still say 365.25 is pretty close to 365.2425.
