AudioGrabber, unfortunately is freeware, and this site currently can only promote Open Source applications due to some legal issues. We will be able to support freeware in the future however.
In the meantime, why not check out CDex Portable Development Test or BonkEnc Portable Development Test. Both seem to have similar functionality, and are open source.
