I've posted a test release of Portable Thunderbird 1.5.0.2 bundled with GPG and Enigmail (I'll be making packages available without them in the final release). This release sees a few changes:
1. Updated to use App/Data directories
2. Updated to newest GPG and Enigmail
3. Profile updating for GPG path
4. Registry key backup/restore to avoid "Would you like TB to be the default mail client?" issue on launch
The updated GPG/Enigmail settings and the registry key backup/restore is what needs the most testing. The registry backup is not done when AllowMultipleInstances is on due to conflicts.

Hopefully noone will be lame about it.
Even if they do, I've got quite a bit of bandwidth available. And I specificially labeled it a PreRelease to keep casual downloaders off it.
I just wish someone would hurry up n test it.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Reg trick works fine for me. Havent tested PGP yet, never used it, but I'll give it a go. Works fine for everything else.

Enigmail is easy to use. Works great. I sent test messages to my own email accounts and a couple of family members. It works fine. I tested all the features I could think of with various test messages. 4 different email providers. Good Work John!

Works great, I like the new directory structuring, it is a much cleaner install. I install it on my desktop first, copy the profile into it, then run it on my desktop (to be sure the profile took). Then remove the entire directory from my USB drive and copy the new thunderbird over to the USB drive. I have been running it for 7 hours now, stopping it for 1 hour at lunch and then restarting it. I have it checking for mail ever minute. No problems thus far, it seems very stable.
As always, great work John. I tell everyone I can about Portable Thunderbird, Portable Firefox and Portable Gaim.
