Two apps I would like to see would be Inkscape Portable and LimeWire portable. I use GIMP portable, but GIMP does not support SVGs, which Inkscape does. Also, would like for LimeWire to put my songs in my flash drive, and not My Music

An alternative to LimeWire is Frostwire, which is basically LimeWire Pro, but for free and completely open source. There is a test release of Frostwire Portable over here.
As for Inkscape, there are a few portable versions that exist, but they are of varying quality. I think there is an official version planned for after Inkscape 0.46 is finalized. (If not, i'll try to make it)
