Is there any portable or normal windows software that can download multiple links at once.
there are several download managers that can do that but I havent tried any. One example would be WinWGet or others you can find on google.

I believe FileZilla can "queue" several downloads, and run only the max number you tell it to.
Wget can do it too -- just open a command prompt window for each file. I haven't tried the Wget that comes with a Windows GUI.
