Is there a plug-in for portable firefox that will block p*rn on the usb?

Not Really Worth It

But you could try blocksite (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3145). It's easily passable though, just disable the extension and you can surf freely again.

this is a program that will give you the control that you need

PublicFox

this extension cannot be removed (it is in the options)

you can use it conjunction with the first program mentioned.
