It is better to include a software to scan the pen drive for viruses. There are some softwares for U3.

technology the inventors call search. To use this highly futuristic piece of technology, just type something into that realistic search box, and the results will magically appear. (BTW, if you want, you can also look under the applications part of this site to find clamwin, a free virus scanner that is officially great). Somebody did make a script that launches your menu while updating and searching for viruses.
