I make stupid think. Without backup i make changes in firefox 3b4. In the extension profilepassword i changed limit for max version and install it. In task manager i see firefox start, i type password click ok and then disappear from task manager.
I need disable it. How i do it?

how to disable extension
From a command prompt run
FirefoxPortable.exe -safe-mode
or what ever name the beta is using for the launcher.
You should be in the directory where the launcher is:
eg: x:\portableapps\firefoxbeta4portable or something like that
You should never change the "max version" of an extension and use it without a back up, It's called MAX version for a reason, it has not been tested beyond that version. Often it will work fine, but as you can see not always.

[edit:
Since no one else has chimed in I'm guessing my advice is OK
One thing to add, in case it's not obvious, once you have FF running in safe mode you want to go into:
Tools-> Add-ons and disable or uninstall the add-on/extension.
Then close the Add-on window, shut-down FF and wait a couple of seconds.
Then launch FFPB4 the way you normally do.
Things have got to get better, they can't get worse, or can they?
when i type:
FirefoxPortable.exe -safe-mode
in:
C:\Flash zaloha\Apps\FirefoxPortable 3
it starts firefox 3 withou any extensions /list is blank/
when i type:
Firefox.exe -safe-mode
in:
C:\Flash zaloha\Apps\FirefoxPortable 3\App\firefox
it starts clean firefox 2
in both cases there is nothing to disable, i dont have installed ff2 only ff2portable, localy i have installed ff3b4
This is more confusing than it needed to be
You presented your problem in the FFPortable forum !!
But now it seems that you are having the problem with FF3b4 and Not the portable version.
Follow the steps that I gave you above from:
c:\PathToYourLocalInstallOfFF3b4\
[e.g. c:\Program Files\Firefox...]
From a command prompt run:
NameOfTheExe [e.g. Firefox.exe, Firefoxbeta.exe, Firefoxbeta3.exe, etc. ]
NameOfExe.exe -safe mode

[edit:
wait, I just read your post again,
Now I'm not sure what version you're running from where.
I think you might be running FFP3b from the hard drive, which negates some of what I said above.
[edit:
OK, this should work:
FirefoxPortable.exe -safe-mode
in:
C:\Flash zaloha\Apps\FirefoxPortable 3
(assuming that FirefoxPortable is the name of the .exe)
"it starts firefox 3 without any extensions /list is blank/"
I don't know why your list is blank?
When I try it in FFP2 I have the option to uninstall add-ons?
They are all there, just disabled
