I have had interest from multiple people and now one developer about Saferfox.
Saferfox is a failed project that never got started. It was designed to be a portable extension for parental control.
If I can get a few more developers, we can get underway.

If you mean more for controlling site visiting abilities, etc... then MozDev may be a better place to round up some devs. Hopping on the mailing list would be a place to start. Or the mozillaZine forums.
