DoubleCommander Portable 0.3a Development Test 2
I don't think this project is mature enough to be worth considering for inclusion. It's only an alpha version and there's only been a single public release.

I was working on another one, too. Oh, did I mention, strangely enough, it has portable file associations, too :).

I really like the potential of this one. It's one of the only file managers that has dual panes and tabs. The other one is Directory Opus, and it's like $80 bucks. I'm gonna keep my eye on this one, especially if it will be lighter on resources than DOpus and can have builtin file associations.

That's a fairly old version of DoubleCommander; you may want to upgrade to the 0.4.5.1 beta, which has a PortableApps package here.
