I think it would be a good idea to show a PortableApps splash screen for the PortableApps platform, just like how a splash screen is showed when booting up a portable application.

I actually had one made by my graphics designer for the original 1.0 launch, but the platform came up quite quickly and it felt like overkill. May try and work one out that will show while the menu is detecting apps, etc, though in a later release.
