Highlight is a utility to convert source code to various output formats with syntax higlighting. A portable version could be nice for educational use (ie public hosts at universities). The original tool does not save stuff in the registry - only the writing of configuration files need to be observed.

Very nice, I tried it out and it worked well with my C# code. Another good syntax highlighter solution for PHP is Geshi.
