I'm considering doing either a simple app that either:
- Makes a tray icon for whatever app or icon you choose; or
- Make a splash screen for whatever app or jpg you choose
So, which one?

Makes a tray icon means minimize to tray - Right? There are alreay some apps whcih do this. If you want to do it portable make sure the application to be minimized has to be acassible even when explorer crashes and tray icons are lost. (I use PS Tray factory for these things, but it's not portable
).
How would the splash screen be created? You give a Picture and enter Text and then a splash scrren of definable size will be created?
I prefer a good stable portable tray program.

For those apps that don't have one.
Same with the Tray icon one. It would make a tray icon, you put in the title of the window you want to minimse and clicking on the icon would minimise/maximise.
