Has someone been able to install an extension on openoffice portable ? I always get an error "Could not create java implementation error". On the desktop version of openoffice everything works fine.

Wait for OpenOffice.org Portable 2.4 which I'm packaging. The last 2.3 release has some corrupted python scripts in it that may interfere with extensions.

The download button on the homepage says that it is now 2.4 for download, is that the final release version of 2.4 portable?
Is there a reason why it shouldnt be final?

Its no in the beta forum, its on the main page downloadable for everyone. John wouldnt put it there if it wouldnt be final.
