I apologize in advance if I'm breaking the protocol by requesting an app that may or may not already exist. It's baseball season and I'm looking for software to keep track of statistics for the team that I coach. I know there are numerous products out there but I want one that I can keep on my flash drive. My Google searches didn't find any that declared themselves portable. Any help steering me in the right direction would be very much appreciated.

well the only open source baseball stats program i saw was Chadwick http://sourceforge.net/projects/chadwick/ . It didn't seem too hard to make portable (a few registry keys and a temp file left behind for me); if it does what you want i can make a quick package of it for you when i have some more free time. let me know
Travis, I'm terribly sorry I never replied. I guess I thought I'd get notified if someone replied to one of my posts and I never bothered to check. Can the program be used for other sports? Soccer, Football, etc?
As a coach of 2 different teams it would be great to find something that would work for these other sports. Any ideas?
