Not blurring the complete image but just the font how it integrates into the image...
What tool did you use? Normally it should be a bit smoother.

if you´re using Photoshop, set the letter style to "Smooth"

there should be a setting on the text for anti alaising.

I've added some of my install images. they might need somework. but i like them

but the only thing is that they don't blend into the installer like the official installer bmp.
On a side note: I finished fixing up DeskLinkz with some new features, just gotta package it.
