Video edit magic would be a good protable app. I use that alot, and some coputers don't like installing it, I don't know why.

(well actually I didn't even have to go to google) and found it here.
It's shareware, so therefore we cannot portableize it. It is illegal to portableize it and redistribute.
It looked like it would be my dream program until the price tag came along.
Also, in your sig, we use HTML here, not BBScript, and for some reason (maybe a Drupal thing) the site doesn't support images.

I put up the wrong [img] I was going to put up a userbar. Unfortunaly this forums software phails when it comes to images.

It was an animated .gif of a marching band
It was Large, both in
dimensions (150 x 58)
and
file size (151 KB)
It took 15 seconds to load on my modem.
It was obnoxious,
It ran for 6 seconds and then repeated !
It would really distract from a thread if he posted several times,
well, actually even once would be annoying very quickly.

like I said before, It was the wrong one anyways. I was going to put up a userbar.
And 150 x 58 is SMALL! Every forum I've ever been on everyone had signatures that total around 500 x 250 or more. On another forums my signature is a few images and texts that are about 700x 300.

I didn't think it was offensive at all.
I've used .gif's at are very repetitive like that on boards before.

EDIT: about the link,
I knew it would work I just don't know the HTML code to make it say "userbar" (for example) and have that be the link.
That's way too big in dimensions for this group,
but at least it's small in download size (it's a fifth the .gifs size)

Well I kind of know what the answer is going to be,
So.. if anyone has gone on the verge of making it portable, please post the launcher/source code only.
I'd hate to resort to torrents/warez sites for my portable apps.
