Hi everyboby, I open this topic with the intention of create a list of not portable extensions.
A "not portable extension" is usually one that uses absolute paths in his settings.
Some not portable extension are:
FoxyProxy (see here for more info)
ViewSourceWith: stores editor's full path in the "viewSource.xml" file (into FF profile folder)
Something else?
Tab Mix Plus with session manager enabled,
Launchy

TMP's session manager works. It slows Fx, but it works.
Vintage!
It noticably slows down Firefox when running from a slow drive (like all flash ram devices). It also increases writes to the drive which will use up drive lifespan. Anything session or "crash recovery"-related is not recommended for flash-based devices.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Split into two lists? Not Portable and Not Recomended? With reasons, to cut down on the questions? Just a thought.

Well, in theory, one could make the non-portable ones portable. All the code is just Javascript.
Just my $0.02. Gotta keep saving (I think I have about $40 dollars worth of $0.02)
