This is an open source program that "is designed to load parts of Mozilla Firefox into memory before it’s used to speed up its startup/boot time." Since I am somewhat impatient, I use Opera@USB, but if this app can be made portable (and made to work with Portable FF) then I would very happy. I link to my own batch file using autorun.inf so I can activate certain things on autorun (Hottnotes 4). This would be a great addition.
Here is the sourceforge link.

i don't think that's really something that should be made portable. i think it's something that's always running so when you open firefox it comes up quicker; running a portable app to put firefox into memory and then running firefox portable just doesn't make sense and wouldn't speed anything up. the program may be good installed for installed firefox though.
Version 1.0 Build 366 - Final Released February 9, 2005 ..
also, the FF3 beta starts pretty quick, so i doubt we will need this anyways.
But there’s no sense crying over every mistake,
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
