I'm not a noob. I easily got Pidgin to work for an example.
But I can not get Miranda IM Portable to work. Can not connect to any service. IRC, MSN and so on. I don't see any way to connect to MSN. And I can not even type any server name on the IRC.
How the hell to configure it so it can work?
Please help me.

No, I am not. But can not even log in on MSN. Don't see a way too. And can not type any server name for IRC. I am unable to. Very wierd.
Maybe I need some plugins?
Maybe...I thought MirandaPortable came with the default set of messaging services already though. I'll check it out

It sure has default set of messaging services. But I can't get them to work. Both IRC and MSN.
Maybe it's me. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I never used Miranda before. Only Pidgin.
I hope somebody can explain what do I need to do to get it to work?
I finally figured out how it works! Thanks for "helping" me lol.
I noticed it eats at least 10 times less memory then Pidgin.
What was the issue? We may not have been much help because we haven't seen a problem like this before, but now, if it comes up again, we'll be able to point them to this forum topic.
