Some programs are compiled with ridiculous descriptions in the "Internal Name" of the program Properties, which is what Portable Apps seems to display. It would be nice to be able to easily change the displayed name if required.

After it's released. 1.1 was just released, and I think we'll have an alpha test version of 1.5 next week.

any idea why the minor number is beng incremented by 4?
it will be a big change over 1.0 & 1.1.
but why 1.5 - is it because it's halfway between 1 & 2?
Is it common for minor version numbers to jump by an amount which is proportional to the size of the changes? (I've never seen this sort of thing in changelogs/history files before)
Don't forget about Firefox 1.5 and Thunderbird 1.5.
We may actually just go with 2.0 instead.
