Request of a zip of the *.ico's that went into the Portable App Menu

I'm going to script an exe that looks like the "StartPortableApps.exe" but not only executes "FLASHDRIVE\PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\PortableAppsMenu.exe", but also executes the PortableFileAssociator. I'd prefer it to have the same icon as the regular "StartPortableApps.exe".

I'm also going to make a downloads folder for firefox, and I'd like it to have the same look of the "Music", "Pictures", and "Videos" folders, in the Documents tree. (Then I'll edit it with gimp and add an arrow so it looks like a downloads folder.)
