When I set the language option with non-English on English windows, menu items on the right side can't show those names correctly.
It still works without problem but I just want to use it with language setting I prefer.

Unicode is not supported by the PortableApps.com Platform at the current time. Delphi, the language the menu is written in, does not currently support Unicode display controls. NSIS, the language the PortableApps.com Backup utility, PortableApps.com Installers and launchers are written in does not support Unicode either. This is not likely to change in the near future.
Many languages will work fine regardless of the codepage Windows is set to (German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc). Certain languages will not (Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic-based languages, Arabic, etc).
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
