readme.txt file with portable firefox

There is a readme.txt file that explains how to configure the profile.ini file for firefoxportable. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Anybody can tell me where to get it?
I can't figure out how to configure firefox to run athe inex.html file on a cd it will be on.

Thanks

Are you sure you mean

Are you sure you mean profile.ini ?

I don't have one.

Could you mean:
x:\path\FirefoxPortable\Other\Source\readme.txt
which talks about
FIREFOXPORTABLE.INI CONFIGURATION
among other things?

Its

FirefoxPortable.ini.

And i think one thread per question is enough...

Thanks, got things straight,

Thanks, got things straight, now.

Need to state somewhere on description page that the portable programs will not work from cd's unless first configured....will get locked volume message. Might help novices like me.

But whatever...just wanted to thank whoever is responsible for these portable applications...a big thanks for all the work.

BTW, I don't really need to put a browser on my dvd and force people to use it to in order to see the website contained on it.. Mac's will read PC disks, and since my files are html, it will call up Safari. On PC's, Internet Explorer will pop up. Don't need to use portable browser.
