I have installed Firefox 3.0 on local drive, when I start Firefox through FirefoxPortable.exe the program run without the add-ons, but if I start Firefox by throgh Firefox.exe located in FirefoxPortable\App\firefox I do see all add-ons and toolbars.

You should not be using the "Firefox.exe located in FirefoxPortable\App\firefox "
That defeats the whole "Portable" aspect.
Do you have "add-ons" that you have added to the "Portable" version, that is, did you install them into the portable version.
The "local" version should have "it's" Add-ons.
The "portable" version should have "it's' Add-ons.
If you run the "portable" version from the "Firefox.exe located in FirefoxPortable\App\firefox " and not from "FirefoxPortable.exe" you are bound to mess things up.
