Hello,
Weave is a beta by Mozilla Labs that allows you to synchronize items like Bookmarks, History or Cookies. I use it to store bookmarks and works fine with FF3, but I'm having problems with Portable Firefox.
Are you planning on creating a portable application for this program?

this is a great add on but is portable as is, because it is saved in the data director under portable firefox
just go to http://services.mozilla.org to get the most recent version of Weave and install it
if you are having problems try to update it
or there also has been a report of trouble with FF portable and download statusbar, which could be download statusbar and a combination of something else
