I'd like to know, how does the PAM launcher auto generate a list of all available exe's?
I'm not a developer but I'd like to know because I have a folder with lots of exe's and I want to auto generate it shortcuts, if possible.
Thanks in advance for this odd question.
In the root of your pen drive or hard drive partition of example you have folders listed some thing like this.........
Documents
PortableApps
StartPortableApps.exe
When you run StartPortableApps.exe, it will seach all exe files in the first sub-directory of PortableApps.
Copy your folder holding the exe files in the PortableApps folder. So you have folders listed some thing like this now.
Documents
PortableApps
......myexeprograms
........myprogram1.exe
........myprogram2.exe
StartPortableApps.exe
Now restart StartPortableApps.exe or select options Refresh.

I didn't completely explain myself - it's a local folder and I'd like to generate it a shortcuts list, kinda like the menu does automatically.
Even if it would be a local folder I feel it won't made a difference.
Try P Start
This application is similar to PortableApps Menu.
You can even add folders to the list which can be done in PortableApps Menu.
And much more.........

Try it out.

You haven't linked to PStart, but to Portable Start Menu. PStart is produced by Pegtop.
