Moving Portable Apps

I recently bought a new thumb drive, what is the easiest way to move all of my information from my old drive to my new one and have it keep all of my current setting/information?

Thanks!

Just Copy

Just copy the contents of your old drive to your new one and everything will work the way it does now. Open up a pair of explorer windows to the root directory of each drive, select all the files in the root of your old drive (usually autorun.inf, StartPortableApps.exe, Documents and PortableApps) and then drag it to the explorer window of your new drive.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

I'm happily running the standard suite plus a few other apps but I'm vague about how the PApps platform works and whether it is essential for running the apps.
Occasionally, when I'm traveling, I just want to take perhaps only 3 out of my 20 apps with me on a separate drive, say, FF, TB and Abiword. Would I need to cut/paste the existing platform folder plus the 3 apps folders to move them from the first drive to the second (leaving behind the other apps on the first drive) and then later cut/paste to restore to the first drive when I've finished traveling? Or would it work if I moved just the apps folders and opened the apps from the exe files without the PApps menu?
Alternatively I'd thought of installing a separate PApps light suite on the second drive and using App Data backup from the first drive and restore to the second drive but I'm not sure whether that would work either.
Grateful for any advice.

He's right.

Well I guess of course John's right :op
Its just a simple copy and paste.
Thats one of the best things about PortableApps, the ease of use :o)

It worked! Thanks for the help. For some reason it didn't move the autorun file and it wasn't loading like normal so I actually had to go in and show hidden files in the folder then move that specific file. Now it works just fine. (In case someone else has the same issue).
