Why can't I find Opera for Portableapps?

Take a look at Opera USB (http://www.opera-usb.com/operausben.htm), Opera Portable (http://www.kejut.com/operaportable) or OperaTor (http://archetwist.com/en/opera/operator). These are all portable versions, but not in the standard Portable Application format.
Or, download the Opera installer (http://www.opera.com/download/), install as regular and hack a bit.
You have to change the "Multi User" entry in the operadef6.ini file from 1 to 0.
Start Opera once (to create your profile folder in the program directory).
In your profile directory change all the paths in the .INI files from full to relative paths.
