I invested a lot of time to make my own applications portable and fully support the PortableApps structure. To my surprise I found no forum here where I could announce my PortableApps supporting applications. Are third-party-developers not expected to develop their own PortableApps compliant applications?
May I use this forum for announcing my applications, even if they are commercial applications?

If you have an app that is ready to be shared with the world please feel free to put it in the beta testing forums. Most of the apps there are not by John but by many developers. May I ask what your apps are?

Try the Beta testing forums. That's normally where third party developers release there creations for other users to test. If there is enough support for it, it may become an official app one day. There is only one rule, the program must be open source, otherwise you are not allowed to post it.
John Haller is the owner of this site. If your app is commercial, or closed source freeware, please contact him at the business email address as he requested above. If your application is open source, feel free to place the full package in the beta testing forums. A third option, if you used NSIS to create a launcher, much like we did for our other apps here, you can post a package in the beta test forums that DOES NOT include the base application, and then just include a link to the base app.
