I was a bit to quick here .... I finally found the request for Safari and the explaination of why it is not possible (License restrictions) to make it a portable app.
There is no problem yonz, lots of people make that mistake in the beginning, I only ask you to search the next time like you did this time.

someone did an unofficial launcher that works, but is not perfect, you can dig around and you may find that

If your interested, I think alpha1 has a safari themed Firefox on his website. Am I correct?
There are lots of themes for Firefox resembling Safari. Even extensions that add some of Safari's functionalities. Just go to addons.mozilla.org and search for "safari" (without quotes) and you'll get all you need.
