I have portable and want to use it at school or a local library but it cannot pick up the proxy. How do I change the settings so that it will automatically select the proxy? Please provide full instructions. Thanks

I can set the proxy and URL but it must have a firewall because I need a password to acess it. Someone I know can get round it with a program called Jon Do. Any idea what this is and how can I get stuff like it to work?
Thanks
I didn't find any program called Jon Do, but some proxies needs a password to login, maybe that's your case.

Well is there anyway to get around using a password and getting straight acess to the internet? I am really struggling as I don't know the password and other people seem to be fine. is there a program to bypass it or something so no password is required? Or a way to bypass the proxy completly?
Probably the easiest way to solve your problem would be to ask this other people to help you, since it seems that they already figure it out.
