Yeah, as mentioned, those are most likely spammers, bugmenot accounts, or just a couple of the few people who were banned from here.
Edit: However, they are only one digit off... odd.

That 'barred from the bugmenot system' is recent. I think after John deleted that last BugMeNot account, he tried to have as 'barred' again and apparently it worked.

Patrick Patience doesn't not believe in coincidence. Or perhaps he does. Maybe it's the one thing he believes in most. This you will never know, just like why those two users are right next to each other.
