How do I change the order of apps in menu?

Is there a way I can change the order of apps in the menu. For example, I want Firefox and Thunderbird to appear at the top of the menu. Can this be done?

Thank you.

Next Release

The next release of the PortableApps.com Platform has an option to "Pin to Top" that will let you bump them up there. I'll be posting more information about the schedule of the next releases soon. I've been under the weather for several weeks so there's been a delay.

There are a couple unofficial Menu modifications floating around the forum like the "PAM Mod" that will let you accomplish it now. They're unsupported, though.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

And until we get category

And until we get category support...
You pabotIm'ed me that letter jumping would also be supported. I wonder how that works...
Say, do you feel any better now?

Search

the box above for a little app called "categorizer". It's supplied by two people here, OliverK and Maggotboy. I know this isn't what your looking for, but you might like this. It allows you to put your apps into folder categories, example-Open Office, Abiword and Sumatra into a folder that you can title "office". PokerTh and Sudoku into a folder named "Games". You can rename the items whatever you want and group your apps into these folders. Its a neat concept, that groups your apps and tidies up your menu window.
