Password Protect Folders on USBs

I know there has been alot of discussion about file encrypters, however has anyone got any recomendations about any USB Folder Protectors. I have been researching Keynesis Lockngo program, and that seems great to lock down your drive, however i just want to lock certain folders (with out encrypting/or with, but fast access).

Folder Password Expert USB seems good, but trial version dosn't really allow enough options to work with, and Folder Lock, is good, but i'd prefer to have a program with keyboard shortcuts that allow me to unlock folders (similar to Universal Shield).

Is there such a program open source or paid that anyone can recomend that is truely portable.

Lock = Encryption

The only way to lock a folder or file is to encrypt it (unless you hacked the firmware of the USB device). So, you're looking for encryption.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Lock your device

Ther's a tool out there called lockngo
(http://www.snapfiles.com/download/dllockngo.html)

This tool shows only a single exe on your USB device. To show the other files you have to open the program contained on your device, enter the password, and click on decrypt. The files will then be shown normally. You then have to re enter the program to encrypt / hide all files again.

I've already know about Lockngo...

Thanks John, i later read that lock = encryption. Therefore, a better way to put forth my question would be, a program which only encrypts the folder, and not the content within.

Thanks for link md, however as my initial post stated, i've looked at this software and really like it, but it does not offer the abliity to lock individual folders. I case i leave the device plugged in at work, others cannot access my personal folders. Any other suggestions?
