no need for unistalling , cause there´s nothing installed ->just open the PortableApps folder and delete the app folder you want to remove.

Maybe a future option for the menu could be right click on an app in menu have the option remove application (with choices keep personal data, compress personal data and delete personal data) That might be easier especially for average users.
