they´re not built to have a good look but to support people Wink

Not Up-to-Date

wk, the reason why I did not quote that section is because FF3 saves the bookmarks in a different place as explained in this post https://portableapps.com/node/14373#comment-89199.

The support file here looks to be, unless I'm mistaken, for the older version of FF and that's why I sent the poster right to the source, Mozilla.

doesn´t matter where ff3 saves its bookmarks

he doesn´t want to upgrade, he just wants to use the same profile as in local FF,so he has to copy the local profile contents to the portable and restart the launcher..
did so with mine after a crash destroyed my FFP+ backup..
a lot things just go as it ever went, okay I admit, the history should earn some more attendance (stops after 2.0.0.4)..

Bookmarks

Actually, even if you copy the profile as stated on the support FAQ, the bookmark will still be left behind. To fix this, the solution is to import the old bookmark file using "Organize Bookmarks".

Bookmarks

For bookmarks download foxmarks bookmark synchroniser its a very good app for sinking bookmarks if you are using ff on diferent comps eg home work laptop etc.

and i copied the add-ons from ff on my comp.

its also a shame that some of the older add-ons are no longer available for ff3 but i think that they are built in now.
