Hi,
I tried installing the R30 menu in every possible way (i couldnt find the official guide on how to install it) by just trying every combination of copy and paste of the files that come in the zip. I got it running, but i doubt im doing it right.
I copy and pasted the portableappsmenu.exe, apps folder, and data folder and replace all the original ones, which is what im guessing i was supposed to do. I get a pop up saying
'portableappsmenu.exe is not a valid portablapps.com release and can not be launched.'
So then i tried every other combination of copy and paste and running the exe in every manner. Sometimes i get a corrupted error.
The only way i can get it running is if i run the portableappsmenu.exe directly from the portable apps menu folder. Maybe this is how it's supposed to work? But then how do i get it to boot automatically?
Someone help me out please >.

I'm not familiar with the inner-workings of the StartPortableApps.exe, but my guess is that with the recent 1.1 software update, a digital signature check has been implemented. This way, only the official menu can be used with StartPortableApps.exe. My recommendation to solve this would be to write a script or a program to replace your StartPortableApps.exe. It could help to use a shortcut. This digital signature thing could be considered a hindrance or a security feature. Depends, as seen in your situation.

Thanks, well then i have another question. The main reason i went to R30 was to add an external app.
What i mean is that there is a .jar file that i need to launch with mozilla firefox or for me to be able to launch atleast the jar from the apps list.
Any way i can do that?
