Which OS do I have?

I am trying to install some of the plugins for Portable Firefox. Only problem is that I use it on several different operating systems (mainly Windows XP/2000 and Ubuntu Linux). Which one should I use when installing plugins with different versions for different OSs?

According to my understanding:

This portable firefox app and the firefox used in it are all Windows version. So only windows version plugins can be used on it.

And this portable firefox can not run directly on Linux system but it can be run on wine.
