are there any apps that are portable that create a separate desktop for the usb.
i like mojopac but requires admin.

Depends what you mean by a desktop. The current PortableApps.com Platform allows you to bring your desktop wallpaper with you. The next release will allow you to hide the current desktop icons as well (if you want). A later release will do more. So, it depends on how much of that you consider "your desktop".

some thinks to throw out there being able to click the start button and seeing the portable apps menu.
your own programs, setting, passwords.
easy to use like mojopac, but admin frindly.
You'll be able to launch it from the Start button if you want in the next release, too. And you'll have your own settings, passwords, etc just like now.
