How to migrate data from firefox portable 2.0 to the desktopversion of firefox 3

It seems not so easy like copy and paste, as there are different file extensions in the version ff3 for desktop.

Has anyone done that before?

What data?

Different file extensions and different data formats.

So, what data do you want to transfer?

If it is bookmarks, FF3 will "import" a bookmarks file from FF2.
