Well, thats the problem: I had previously a local TB and FF install & after I removed it & installed Portableapps, the continued appearing at the add programs list but with the path of the portable ones. ¿how might this be solved?

use the built in updater of the portable version to update it?
Cause that causes all your local references (registry etc.) to be pointed to your portable version. To get rid of that, either remove them manually or update your local versions. As you don't have a local install, I think the only way is the manual one.
