Profiles

Howdy...is there a way to setup a profile that will work with FFPE? I tried using the firefoxportable.exe --profilemanager, but it doesn't work. Or does anyone else have an idea of how to secure FF so I only need to login once and then I can access all my saved passwords, cookies etc? Truecypt would be great, but it requires admin rights to secure an entire USB.

Thanks in advance.

Automatic

The profile is automatically stored in FirefoxPortable\Data\profile for you. There is no need to manually create one in another location. You can secure your saved passwords using Firefox's master password which will encrypt them all using your master password.

I'd like to use this post and

I'd like to use this post and ask a similar question. I need 2 FFP3 profiles - for my home use and for my work use, they will have some different addons, etc. They will both however work from the same PC, I just need to separate them. So do I go on to create profiles or just use 2 different FFP3's? Which one would be a better approach? I still need them to be portable because even though they'll be on the same PC I change PC's so I'll carry both my home and work profiles with me all the time.

The best thing

is to use 2 different copies oy FFP3.
You cant use one FFP with 2 profiles.
