I tried to install the standard package of the PortableApps several times and every time it ends with an error message it can't extract the toolkit.jar (almost at the end of the install).
Could you please check on it, 'cause this makes the installation break off early.

It's most likely a drive issue. Either logical errors on your drive or your drive is filling up and reporting an incorrect size. Try installing it locally (say to C:\PortableAppsTemp) and then copy it all to your drive. If it installs but won't copy, it's definitely your drive.
