Width of Job name list in 2.0.1

Hi Steve,
Here is the second issue that I wanted to bring to your attention: the drop-down list for the jobs doesn't resize (wider) until the app is restarted. I often append a 2, 3, etc, on the end of a job if it's just a modification of an existing one, and it's very difficult to tell with a glance which job is currently selected if it's longer than an existing one. I've been messing with this, and here's what I think is going on - if you add a job with a name longer than any others and don't close the app, then the actual list WHEN DROPPED DOWN will show the complete width of the new job. But once you select it (and the list closes up), then the displayed name doesn't expand to fit the new (longer) job name. However, once you close and restart the app, then the width matches the longest name.

Thanks again, Steve!

Yes

I should be able to sort this out no problem, thanks for the report.

Hmm

it looks like this is harder than I thought, it unfortunately wont be fixed until I get round to adding the code to rebuild the window without a restart, which is already planned so you can change languages and settings without a restart.

Temporary

As a temporary "fix" to address the problem, could you make the Jobname window longer by putting the Save, Plus, and Minus icons above or below the Jobname window?

Another idea

Thanks for the update, Steve - Another idea/request that I'd forgotten to mention that would take care of this issue - how about putting the name of the current job after Toucan in the app's title bar - that way it would also show up in the taskbar, as well.

working in PR3

Hi Steve, just wanted to thank you for implementing this - I'd missed a different note about 2.0.2PR3 being available, and I see that job name shows up in the title bar now - very nice!
