PeaZip 2.3a released

New releases introduces ability to use private configuration files for separate users (which is not an issue for the protable version), new functional keys and new dialog asking password, destination and other options while extracting archives from system's menu.
The application comes packaged with all available language files: Czech, German, English, Italian, Portuguese and Russian.
Any help to update language files and deploy new localizations is very welcome!

Version Numbering

I'd suggest staying away from letters and stick to 1.2.3 for all public releases (with the fourth digit used for internal build numbers). 1 for major releases. 2 for minor functional updates and 3 for security and other patches.

Letters confuse and users and they often assume an 'a' at the end means an alpha quality release and a 'b' at the end means a beta quality release.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

I was searching a mode to

I was searching a mode to mark revisions sharing the same text (not needing translators to contribute an update of language files provided) and I was trying to avoid the third number in release name (I was told it is confusing from some users in the past).
This is however a good suggestion, indeed I had not thought to association of a with alpha and b with beta, so I have to think much on how to mark revisions.

Not As Much

That used to be the case more but is less so now. Major apps like Firefox, Thunderbird, OpenOffice.org and others are using 3 digit numbering, so users are getting more used to it.

It is a switch from the 1.02 of old that everyone used to use, though.

Yeah letters are confusing.

Yeah letters are confusing. For example Truecrypt and VLC use a,b, etc. for bugfix releases. I was thought first one is major release, second is minor release, third is patch version number and fourth is the (often internal) build number. But according to documentation some people use (or name) it different. Also some projects (like Blender for example) use the Minor and Patch version as one number (ie 2.47 actually is 2.4.7). I would think projects would not use letters because installer version numbering doesn't allow letters...

Tested

The buttons look great now, but in the settings menu the texts don't fit well everywhere (german translation). For example: In settings->General(2) the upper settings.
*Always the germans with their long words and sentences :P*
Keep up the great work!

Open NSIS-Installer

Hi Giorgio,
when i want to open a NSIS-Installer.exe (e.g. PeaZip_Portable_2.1.paf.exe) the browser shows only the files in the root directory. I figured out that by clicking "search (recoursive)" or "Browser -> Toggle browse/flat view" the other files are displayed too.
Isn't it possible to browse through an NSIS file (browse view) in PeaZip 2.3a or is this a bug?
I ask this question because with 7-Zip Portable I can browse through the same file without problems.
