IMPORTANT NOTES: This is development test of Opera Portable for the switch to the Blink/Webkit rendering engine. Opera 15 and up is an entirely different web browser from Opera 12 and under. As of version 19, Opera has finally added bookmark support to the browser in the form of the bookmarks bar (hidden by default). So we have decided to begin testing the PortableApps.com Format package.

PortableApps.com DevToolkit Development Test 1

Description: Development tool to help make a portable application for the PortableApps.com Platform with Format specification 3.0. Original toolkit is by Chris Morgan using Python which can be found here. Unfortunately, this is only for Windows with .Net Framework 4.0 or better. I am currently working on porting it to C++ for true portability.
