Frhed Portable 1.6.0 has been released. Frhed is a binary file editor (hex editor) for Windows. It is small but has many advanced features like ability to load big files partially. Revision 2: Revision 2 adds the runtimes required for Frhed that may not be installed on some Windows XP and Windows 2000 PCs.
