seems to be broken too. It keeps sending me to http://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/.
If I choose another mirror, it only has one to choose from.
Confirmed
It appears to be an issue with the SourceForge master redirecting and file propogating, not just an issue with direct downloads. I'll hold off on new open source releases until this is resolved.
