Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Excellent work John and thank you for accepting to portabilize the the WiseCleaner apps. There are doing really good products

Would love to know others' thoughts on its performance. Does it clean the registry well? Or does it make the system dysfunctional?

Just questions, that's all. Have had experience with a lot of cr*ppy reg cleaners, both free and paid, so kinda on my guard about using new stuff. I currently use ccleaner for cleaning registry. If this one is better then maybe I would start using it instead. Wink

I never had any application dysfunction with it and I know exactly what you are talking about. I've been using many registry cleaner for the last 10 years and I remember having a lot of problems especially on the long term.

I've been using it on my windows 7 64bit for more than 2 years regularly and it's a been a month on the last Windows 8 RTM. RAS
Even when using the advanced settings which include more entries states as "Careful" I did not encounter any problem.

Regarding the performance, the scan is very fast, it offers to create a backup everytime you clean and it also includes a Registry defragmentation tool.

I also use CCleaner first then I do a deeper cleaning with Wise.
Try it, put back your system restore, use the automatic backup and let me know. It's a very good product Wink

I'm wondering if your away from your CPU and leave it running for a period of time will it start to control my computer?
